If you would like to access counselling for a mental health issue with a Medicare rebate then you will need a referral from your GP.

If you would like to see me for individual counselling about relationship issues or couple counselling you don’t need a referral from your GP. Couple counselling is not covered by Medicare.

I am able to offer a rebate of $81.90 Medicare rebate..

Some health funds provide rebates for counselling with an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker including BUPA, Teacher’s Health. Many health funds offer a rebate for couple therapy. Please check with your health fund for coverage and rebate.

• Individual sessions - 50 mins,

• Supervision sessions - 60 mins

• Couple sessions vary depending if a couple chooses weekly, marathon or intensive therapy.

• Sessions can vary from 2 x 6 hour days days over a weekend (Marathon Therapy), to 60mins, 90 mins or two hours depending on the stage of therapy and mode requested by couple.

We send out a text message reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please advise us asap if you are unable to make your appointment. Your therapist may choose to ease therapy if more than two appointments are missed.

We reserve the right as per the service agreement to charge the following cancellations fees:

Over 48 hours notice - no fee 24 to 48 hours - 50% of the fee Under 24 hours notice - 100% of the fee

I provide counselling online using Zoom. This ensures that I can see clients from all around Australia from the comfort of your own home. I provide an after hours and weekend service.

I am a warm and gentle person and provide a safe, non judgemental space for my clients to heal. It’s my job is to listen and help you feel safe while we talk through how I can help.

Individual Counselling - $200

Clinical Supervision - $200 including GST

Couple Counselling:

Assessment phase

• 1 x joint history taking session (60 mins) • 2 x individual sessions (60 mins) • 1 x joint feedback session (60 to 90 mins) • 1 x Gottman Questionnaire • Treatment Planning & Psychometric Interpretation

• 90 min appointments • 2 hour appointments

$330 to $380 per session

Relapse Prevention Phase

• 60 min appointments

$260. per session

Fees are based on the AASW recommended fee rate of $270 per 50m min session.
